Community Medical Centers supports 900 employees and 112,000 patients each year. Their mission is powerful: working to provide healthcare for marginalized, unserved populations. CMC began as an outreach effort in the 1960’s by a group of volunteers to provide healthcare for farm workers and has since evolved to focus on homeless populations. With such a powerful purpose, the morale among team members in the Finance Department is critically important. This information helped us partner to co-develop a data-driven roadmap for team success.
