Start by taking the 5-minute Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment to learn how you work best, and how you can more effectively influence your team. Once completed, you’ll meet with our Talent Optimization Expert, Melissa Ortiz, for a 1:1 Initial Coaching Session to break down the results of this assessment and what they mean for you as the leader of your team.

Following the CEO/Owner assessment, key members of your leadership team will complete the 5-min Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment to evaluate untapped potential and ensure buy-in.

Review of PI Assessment & Survey Results
After the team assessments, Melissa will consult directly with the CEO to interpret the team’s results and perform a talent audit.
Activate then engages in a team consultation to address collective dynamics and may also provide one-on-one meetings with each staff member. This dual approach ensures both team-level and individual-level buy-in.

Based on the insights gathered, we will create a customized roadmap. This roadmap serves as a strategic guide for the team, outlining clear steps and metrics for progress and development.

With your roadmap in hand, you can choose to self-facilitate your progress or utilize Activate's strategic insights, support, and accountability to ensure continued growth and success. If you choose the Activate-facilitated approach, we will guide you through each phase of the 6 month plan. If you decied to sel-facilitate, we will provide you with all of the necessary material, instructional videos, and periodic check-ins to ensure you and your team remain on the right track.
