B-K Lighting, renowned for lighting up Las Vegas hotels and the 9/11 Memorial, shines in both professional excellence and fostering fulfilling careers. Despite their industry reverence, they faced the challenge of fully leveraging their Employee Engagement tools to enhance internal dialogues and ensure the success of their ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan).

Task

Our mission at Activate was to empower B-K's leadership, enabling them to harness the power of precise, scientifically validated data, and to maximize the potential of their engagement tools. The goal was not just to initiate change but to kindle a transformative wave within the organization, led by insights and actionable data.

Action

Collaborating closely with B-K Lighting, we identified key drivers and tailored strategies that resonated with their ethos and objectives. Central to this process were standout leaders within B-K, Yesica Silva and Justin Perez, who embodied the drive and vision necessary for impactful change. They were instrumental in translating strategies into action, ensuring that the initiatives were not fleeting but had a lasting impact.

Results

The synergy between Activate's strategic input and B-K's internal champions' execution led to remarkable outcomes. The most striking was a 71% surge in "Fully Engaged" employees in just six months, a testament to the power of aligning people's roles with their natural inclinations and maintaining meaningful, ongoing dialogues.
